I like to examine every world that I can imagine, think and navigate in my dreams for hours, days, weeks, months and years.
When I am creating characters, I do it slowly. They come to life in a long process that requires a lot of patience. They come to my sketch-book and my computer, and then I know about them and they know about me...
...I try to know how they walk, how they breathe, and what they think...
My characters are born from my pencils. Little by little they acquire volume. Then, they need an environment. Sometimes, I need to draw strange worlds, dangerous mountains, sometimes multicolour landscapes...
Specially, I like to animate old characters that live in my head, so you can see them and you can find other creatures that I don't know.
